Loudoun County, which for the past 7 years has been the fastest growing county in the United States, is still growing and appealing to home buyers along the Dulles Corridor.
Loudoun County Public Schools also make the county a popular location for families with children. Ashburn, Leesburg and South Riding have been a major focus of new home builders for over 10 years.
More recently, the principal area of growth has been west of Leesburg where the county offers larger lots with horse acreage.
With it's western location, prices are generally more attractive than Fairfax.
