Loudoun County, which for the past 7 years has been one of the fastest growing counties in the United States, is still growing and appealing to home buyers along the Dulles Corridor. With its western location, Loudoun offers more attractive comparable prices than Fairfax County.
Ashburn, Leesburg and South Riding have been a major focus of new home builders for over 10 years. South of Leesburg, the Brambleton development offers a planned community of luxury condos, townhomes and single family residences.
More recently, the principal area of growth has been west of Leesburg where the developments feature larger parcels, in a hamlett setting, and offer lots with horse acreage.
